MULTIFAMILY ACQUISITION FINANCING

Acquisition financing with highly competitive pricing for strong cash- flowing properties, as well as lending solutions for under-performing and distressed commercial real estate. BUILT TO SUIT CONSTRUCTION LOANS

Arrange and structure financing for ground-up construction projects, including land purchase.  Direct hard and soft costs funding up to 90% LTC, and up to 75% ABV.  Capital Project financing and Syndication available.  Long term NNN leases executed pre-close.  Loan amounts from $500,000 to $100,000,000.

MIDDLE-MARKET 

COMMERCIAL LENDING

Asset and Income based lending solutions for investors with short and long term acquisition strategies.  Property types include Warehouse & Industrial, Retail Shopping Centers, Medical Health, Office, Self-Storage, Senior Housing, Condo Apartments. Loan amounts from $5,000,000 to $200,000,000.

SMALL BALANCE COMMERCIAL LENDING

Warehouse, Retail, Light Industrial, Office, and Self-Storage commercial real estate financing.  Also Special Use funding for Restaurants, Hotels, etc.  Full Recourse or Non-Recourse options, plus long-term permanent financing available. Loan amounts from $500,000 to $4,999,999. 

BRIDGE LOANS TO
PERMANENT FINANCE

Acquisition & Value Add, or Equity Cash Out Bridge loans for quick transactions, repositioning of transitional assets, or restructure of sub-performing debt for future refinancing.  Conversion to permanent LT financing after stabilization, with 10-30 year fixed options.  Bridge Terms of 12 to 36 mo's, interest only.  Loan amounts from $1,000,000 to $150,000,000.

LINES OF CREDIT

Business loans and lines of credit for Capital Expansion, Structural Improvement Projects, Equipment & Inventory Procurement, Cash Flow Management.  Flexible terms and competitive pricing.  No Pre-Payment Penalty.
